Licensing Testing
A score of 70% or better must be achieved on the licensing course final examination.
A score of 70% or better must also be achieved on the New York State Licensing Exam.
The GSAR and Professional Career Center offers a schedule of exam dates and locations.
Licensing Issuance
Affiliate your salesperson license with Weichert Realtors- Syracuse Homes
New York State stipulates salesperson license renewal every 2 years for a fee of $50.
22.5 hours of continuing education every 2 year is required in order to renew a license.

After passing the State exam and obtaining a license, we offer full training in every aspect of becoming a top level real estate agent. Our courses are on-going and last for 12 sessions of 2 hours each. In addition to classroom time, we offer on the job training, and give our agents clients to work with. We also offer full computer training and instruction on how to write contracts to list or buy a home.
We also have details of continuing education courses and special designations, for example, E-Pro, Senior Designation and Accredited Buyer Broker designations. Please call or email for dates.
