There is no charge for our staging services other than the most usual listing fee for this area. Maria is the staging professional and has been for over 20 years. Susan, who has been a Realtor for over 20 years, works more on the marketing, pricing and selling of the properties we stage and list.

Both Maria and Susan are very "hands-on" and to us, staging does NOT mean just delegating. We do hard work too! Even our husbands help sometimes,for example, Ted trimming trees , Kyle helping move heavy furniture!
