These are very clean and modern efficiency apartments. They rent on a month to month
basis which makes it very flexible.
Genesee Inn Executive Quarters, 1060 East Genesee Street, Syracuse. The
phone number is 800-365-HOME. There rooms range in size from 450.- 1400 sq.
ft. They accept pets with a $350 deposit of which $300 is refundable. You
can rent on nightly, weekly, or monthly basis.
Swiss Village, Alpine Drive, Dewitt. The phone number is 315-446-8240.
They accept cats with $10 charge.
Wildwood Ridge, 5100 Highbridge Street, Fayetteville. The phone number is
315-637-8018. No pets allowed. This place is good if you have children.
It is in the Fayetteville/Manlius school district.
These are the places that are the most reasonable with the most
